About Our Community
Independence Estates Townhome Association is a close-knit community of 44 homes where neighbors know one another by name. Many residents have called this neighborhood home for years, creating a place where friendship, respect, and pride of ownership run deep. Our HOA is unique because it’s run by the people who live here. Every decision is made with the best interests of our neighbors and shared spaces in mind. We value open communication, fiscal responsibility, and maintaining the peaceful character that makes our neighborhood special. We gather annually for a block party for neighbors to reconnect, welcome new families, and enjoy food, games, and laughter together.
Together, we keep Independence Estates a place we’re proud to call home.
